Weblike is an AI-powered platform that builds a custom landing page for you. To get started, you provide the ingredients. Think of it as giving our AI a blueprint. You'll feed it: • Your Prompts & Ideas: The basic concept for your page. • Product Descriptions: What you're selling, what it does, and why it's great. • SEO Goals: The target keywords you want to rank for. • Your Vision: Details on the structure, tone, and what makes your brand trustworthy. Prompt and Landing page Input We provide a complete structure for your landing page , including SEO optimization, target keywords, clarity, and trustworthiness. Simply provide a description about your product, and our AI will generate content on your behalf.

Every page is generated from scratch with a web-like approach - we don't use any generic templates. Our system offers full customization based on your customer input. We generate fresh code using frameworks, HTML, JS, and CSS to create well-designed pages. Our AI can add images, videos, and 3D models, which may require third-party services. Weblike can provide you with local access, or you can choose to use your own images, videos, and other data. The copywriting content is highly dependent on the AI context.

Our AI smoothly places keywords based on your preferences or default settings. Your keywords will be correctly integrated throughout your site with natural, well-written placement.

Weblike's service is to generate a full-featured landing page for your product, designed to help with sales and user engagement. However, there's one very important point: You are in control of the input, which means you are solely responsible for all the content, text, images, and data you submit to our AI. We use our AI models to refine your data and generate an original page, but the final say on what goes in is yours. Please make sure you have the right to use any content you provide. Weblike is an AI-powered platform that generates custom landing pages for your products or services. We provide full features for your product, including sales, user engagement, and more. The customer is solely responsible for all user submissions. Weblike uses AI models including neural networks, deep learning, artificial intelligence, and a variety of other AI models. We refine your data and generate pages based on your product information. You Provide the Input: Give us the raw materials, including descriptions of your product, brand, target keywords, design preferences, and any other content or prompts you want the AI to use. Our AI Creates the Output: Our artificial intelligence, which uses technologies like neural networks and deep learning, analyzes your input to generate a completely unique landing page from scratch. This includes custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), copywriting, and design elements. AI Copilot Feature: Our "AI Copilot" is an optional tool that enhances your page design by applying modern UI trends and styles based on its training data.

Photographs, text, animation, graphics, pictures, designs, images, articles, music, sound, video, information, video and 3D models used by third parties through Weblike are not guaranteed or owned by Weblike. We don't claim ownership of third-party libraries used for images, icons, videos, or 3D models. Weblike uses these based on third-party terms, including open-source libraries. We don't guarantee or warrant ownership of these assets.

Weblike processes and keeps your data encrypted and safe.

Weblike can link up with third-party services to extend its functionality. To make that happen, you'll need to log in to that other service through us. It's your responsibility to make sure you have the permission to do that. We don't own or endorse these other apps. Our agreement is with you, not them. If a third-party service has a problem, changes its terms, or you have a dispute with them, that's between you and their provider. We're not liable for any issues that come from using their services. Use them at your own risk.

Using Weblike for prohibited content will result in account suspension. If any prompts are used to generate NSFW content, we will suspend your account. Weblike doesn't stand for any NSFW or 18+ content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms by using prompts about: • Extreme violence or gore • Hate, abuse, or explicit language and content/images We reserve the right to suspend your account without notice. Weblike systematically analyzes your data and prompts and marks them as spam. We will block your account if you engage in fraud, scams, or misuse of our service. Weblike is systematically based and audits all data. We would terminate your account if you conduct scams or engage in fraudulent activities or misuse.

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days. Conditions for a Full Refund: A full refund is available for requests made within 14 days of purchase, provided that the customer has not yet utilized the core deliverables of the service. This includes downloading AI-generated assets, using the AI co-pilot code, or publishing the generated landing page. Refunds for Service Performance: Should our service fail to perform as expected due to technical issues or quality discrepancies, please contact our customer support within the 14-day window. We will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a partial or full refund to ensure your satisfaction. Requesting a Refund: All refund inquiries must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Please include your account details and a clear description of the issue. Policy on Subsequent Purchases: To maintain the integrity of our refund policy and prevent abuse, customers who have previously received a refund are ineligible for future refunds. All subsequent purchases are considered final.

We've built Weblike to be an amazing tool, but it's important to be upfront about how it works. Our Service is "As-Is" Weblike and all the content you create with it are provided "as-is." We're constantly working to improve it, but we can't promise it will be perfect or uninterrupted. This includes managing your content, your interactions with the platform, and any results you get from the AI-generated pages. We're not responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data that happens while using Weblike. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weblike and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses. The aggregate liability of Weblike to you for all claims combined under these terms is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to Weblike for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. Each provision in this section that limits liability or excludes damages is a fundamental element of the agreement between us. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use Weblike. Users under the required age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and terminate accounts that do not comply. We store your data (like your projects and AI-generated content) for as long as needed to provide Weblike and for legitimate business reasons, like security and legal compliance. While we do our best to keep your data safe, we can't promise we'll keep it forever. We may delete or anonymize data at our discretion, especially after you close your account. Important: You are responsible for backing up any data you want to keep. We can't be held responsible for any data loss.

You agree not to submit any personal information as part of your AI prompts. We strongly advise against using sensitive personal data in AI inputs. If you provide personal information in violation of this agreement, you are solely responsible for any resulting consequences. We reserve the right to remove or anonymize prompts containing personal data at our discretion.

We may introduce experimental "Beta Features" from time to time. These are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no guarantees about their performance or reliability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Beta Features at any time without notice. Your use of Beta Features is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability arising from their use.

Our AI is a powerful tool, but it's possible that it might create similar or even identical pages or code for different users, especially if you use similar prompts. We can't guarantee that the content you generate will be 100% unique to you. If you need something completely exclusive, you may need to explore custom solutions. We are not liable for any overlap in AI-generated content. You acknowledge that the AI-generated content may be identical or substantially similar to content generated for other users. We do not warrant that any output will be unique or exclusive to you. You accept that you have no entitlement to exclusivity, and we disclaim any liability for overlap or duplication in AI-generated content.

This Agreement is solely for the benefit of you and Weblike. It does not confer any rights or remedies on any other person or entity, and no other person or entity shall be considered a third-party beneficiary.

Our Terms are governed by California law, but we acknowledge that international users may be subject to different legal requirements. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or other regions with specific data privacy laws, you must comply with all applicable local regulations, such as the GDPR. If you qualify as a "Data Controller" under such laws, you are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis for processing data. If our role is deemed a "Processor," we will cooperate in good faith to execute a Data Processing Addendum to ensure compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Weblike is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using our service, you represent and warrant that your use is permitted under local law and that you assume all associated risks and liabilities.

Weblike may include a public "Template Gallery" where users can share creative content ("Shared Content"). This content is publicly accessible by default. By uploading Shared Content, you grant us and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and modify your content for the purpose of use within the Services and in related promotional materials. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to your Shared Content. You agree not to upload content that infringes on third-party rights or violates our policies. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. Shared Content is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding its quality or legality. Your interaction with content from other users is at your own risk. You may remove your content, but this will not affect licenses granted to others prior to its removal.
